Page locking up when I try to publish a video file

My site is www.wot-a-hoot.com I am trying to publish an mp4 video file. I insert Windows Media Player, add the video and preview, it plays fine. As soon as I hit Publish, the computer locks up and tells me "Not Responding" and I have to shut down Blue Voda. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
