Need Help With an Upload Script

Ok, here's my problem. I've agreed to help my local humane society out with their "Pets of the week" I want to display the pics on my site. Well, to make it easy on them (and me) I want to make a page, and give them the address, on on this page, have the following:

Just a form to upload the dog picture, and a caption underneath for the dog's name, and a form to upload the cat picture, and a caption for the name.

She's just going to upload "dog.jpg" and "cat.jpg" so I can call for those pics on my main site. Not sure how I'm going to call for the caption to go underneath the pictures.

Can anyone help me with this project? Thanks, Brandon

Why not just create them a template and then give them an ftp account to upload it to the server? This would be a lot easier, this way they can easily modify the text. You can learn how to create FTP accounts here:
