How do I display a text banner over text on mouseover

I would like to have a short text pop up on mouse over text.
So far I am only able to do that upon mouse over image.
Can someone explain how to do it?

Create a transparent SHAPE and place it over the Text you wish the ALT TEXT to appear on mouseover (you configure ALT Text for your transparent Shape via Shape Properties).

Otherwise, search the web for a specific script and install that script onto your BlueVoda page using a HTML Box according to the Tutorials .....
