Calenders and newsletters

My company's web pageis already done but every month the calenders activities change and a newletter is put out, how do I change the calender for july and the newsletter. The files are in pdf form do I upload them into cpanel file manager under public?

Change the PDF itself (better yet, create a separate and new "July" PDF file), and then upload it to your Root Directory ("public_html/") .... then you will need to update the webpage with a link to that newly accessible file.
