You can add a CALENDAR via Fantastico in your cPanel and set permissions for visitors to "write in" their appointments in the "Public View" mode.

You will find the Tutorial on how to use the Fantastico auto-script installer in the cPanel Tutorials Collection.

Remember that the CALENDAR needs to be installed in its own Directory (which Fantastico will prompt you to create a name for) and that you will display the CALENDAR on your BlueVoda page via an iFrame. It is important to properly size the iFrame to allow the Calendar to appear full without being 'cut off.'
