How can i create a link for my visitors to upload their graphics like ad banners etc. to me so i can place them on my pages. And where would they go so i can locate them and save them to a file designated to their accounts with our service.. Please help

The File Upload function included in the BlueVoda FORM creator is limited to file sizes 3mb and smaller (as is the transfer limit on the VodaHost servers), so it seems this function will not be feasible for you to attempt. You will likely need to find another email provider that has different allowances and capabilities, and simply use their FORM on your website via an iFrame.
