Likely due to a very large video file attempting to "load" along with all the other elements over a poor (or marginal) connection. It is best to upload media files to the server independently so it does not interfere with the Publishing processing of other page elements.

Re-Publish the page, only this time with the video as a LINK (with the URL to the file in your hosting account , or with the URL to the file at YouTube) rather than as an embedded file.

Always follow the methods precisely as they are outlined in the Tutorials.
