Help with video PLEASE

Hello
I am hoping someone can help with a couple of issues we have.

Have a web site build in BV sometime ago with a you tube video on.
It plays ok on a desktop but does not appear on a tablet ipad or others.

Have tried to build another site last week with a you tube video on and same problem. Shows up on desktop but not a tablet. Did try with converting a test short video from movie maker into a mp4 then uploaded to you tube and same problem.

I love the ease of use with BV web builder and don’t want to have to switch to another web builder – so really appreciate any help or advice on this and happy to pay for someone time if needed. I can be contacted o at markhampton717******.com.
