Page appearance is different in "Preview" on Google & Firefox - PayPal buttons move!

The page appearance is different from the "Preview" when on Google and Firefox when typing in the URL. Google appearance is different from Firefox! This is especially true of the PayPal button placements! Is there any way to have text and buttons appear the same? Thanks for the Help!

In addition to using Preview properly, one of the most basic "Rules of Thumb" in web design has always been to "proof" your page layout using different browsers, since they each independently render according to their unique coding. Finding a "happy medium" is a compromise that is always in the mind of the cognizant web designer.
