Problem Publishing . . .

Over the weekend I made numerous changes to my website, and was able to publish perfectly. Tonight I tried to make one change to one page, saved, and then hit publish. After a few seconds I get the following message box: "Internet Exception Error 12029. Details: The attempt to connect to the server failed."

I have not made any changes to my computer at all. Anyone else having any problems?
