mp3 not playing on webpage

Long time ago I used the Media-Box in the same way to have a background song running when entering my page. Worked fine.
I tried the same with a different page but no sound can be heard.
Same thing - used the Media box, searched for the soundfile on my computer, closed, published. Nothing.

If you hear something it's my sound system - but if you don't, what could be the problem?
Sound file has a simple name, so the problem can't be the file name. And it plays fine when I open it here.

Working fine.
Appears just your local system and/or browser settings are getting in the way (you may even need to update your Quicktime, iTunes, or install a Chrome plug-in, if that's your default browser).
