How do I read the .ATT file sent from a form?

I have a form on web site and tested to make sure it sent info to my web mail, all works good, but I can't seem to open the file it sent to read the info inside. Is there a program I need to view these files?

The .ATT file is just a regular text file that you can open with any text editor (like Notepad).
