How to publish to sub domain

I created m.mysite.com for mobile.

How to I publish to the sub domain from my main site.
When I click publish, do I put the full file name in?
Not sure How to find it.

Also, is this correct way to handle mobile?

Hi, you would simply change the folder field in BlueVoda to public_html/m to upload pages into the subdomain, if you need further help, you should open a support ticket with the full domain name so we may look into this for you!
