i want to transfer my site to vodahost!

dear / sir
i own my site www.egyptmarket.net and i want to transfer this site from yourhosting.nl to vodahost my site expired in 12/2006
what is the steps i do to transfer my website with all data to vodahost
please explane with simple words because iam not good in english languge
