Help w/publishing...don't understand some codes

I get these particular codes every time I upload/update my site. I don't know if they are leftovers from when VodaHost had helped me with the OS Shopping cart and now I can remove them, or what.

I hope someone can help me, because this has been going on for a bit, and I would just like to say "yes" to everything so they don't reappear each time I update and publish the changes to my site. Thank you.

Did you have frontpage extensions installed or removed?

When I first started, maybe that happened...I don't know. All I know is that I generally say yes to remove things that I no longer want on my site, but these are codes that don't make sense to me.

I was trying to put on a shopping cart...that didn't work well
I tried having a form for inquiries as well as a newsletter...that didn't work either.

So, I removed the form items, and never put on a shopping cart. Would love to, but for some reason I'm not able to get it clearly.

Yes, it is left over junk, the only way to get rid of them is for you to ftp in
and manualy remove them or for us to reset your account from scratch.

When I do the transfer, it does ask if I want to remove them, so I will do that...much easier for everyone. Thank you so very much!!!
