Mobile builder for existing bluevoda users

I have bluevoda website for few years. Now tried to sign up for mobile web builder but it says "user already exist"

1. Are bluevoda web builder and mobile web builder linked somehow or they are different softwares
2. Existing BV web builder users must buy additional product for mobile web option?
3. How to start with that because on signup form for mobile web trial, introducing my name and existing webpage, says error-user exists

1) BlueVoda and the mobile builder are a separate software.
2) Yes, the mobile builder is a separate service that we offer and requires a different product.
