Mousover(Rollover) with sound

Hello, I am in the process of creating a website, I have the blue voda website builder( I belive it is the latest one as I downloaded it recently) and a hosting account with voda host. What I am trying to do is add a mouseover(rollover) to an image on a page in my site. I would like a sound to be played with the cursor is placed over the image and I would also like for the image to have a link so that when it is clicked on it will go to a another page or site. I have tried so many different ways and was hoping that maybe someone on here would be able to help. I know I need to use java script or maybe flash. I have checked many other resources on the web but I can't seem to confiqure any of the available codes to work correctly in my site. If any one has any ideas on how to do this I would be greatful for the help. Thanks!
