where to save hyperlinked page

Hi everybody,
firstly, I´m the worst begginer ever.I´ve made what I hope is index page(index.bvp) and save it in Bluevoda directory. Where should I save pages I want to link with index page? In the Bluevoda directory or somewhere else?example :
I want to link Pricelist.bvp. I made navigation bar entitled " pricelist". How should I set the properties of navigation bar ?

I had my domain registered( www.adamschool.cz)

have you directed your domain name to the vodahost servers? Punch in the site that you purchased the domain name into your IE browser and login.

Then change the host to the IP addresses sent by VH.

your home page has to be called index.bvp. when it gets published to the server it then changes to index.html
