Having problems with zen-cart

Hi all, I have just started using zen-cart on my site (www.protectonedge.com) and am having a few issues, namely:

1. I have uploaded zen-cart to the public_html/store directory on my site and am unable to get it to load to the store shopfront when you enter my domain name. The default vodahost load page loads. How do I get it to load to the store shopfront?
2. I have purchased an addon template for zen-cart and have followed all of the instructions to upload it into my default zen-cart. It is now asking me to update the tables of my zen-cart installation by using a mysql dump file called zencart_short.sql. I don't understand how to do this.

I would really appreciate any help on these two issues. Thanks.
