I may be jumping the gun because I just received my registration e-mail on July 15, but I'm trying to publish my index page and after I enter my username and password I get the following error message...

Internet Exception Error 12014
The connect and request to log on to the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect.

I have entered the same password and username that was given to me in the registration e-mail. Could there be another problem?

On a side note; the Server IP drop down menu is not listing my IP address. I read that updating the version would fix this problem. Is that correct?

You need to update your BlueVoda to the newest version:


Make sure you save to the desktop, and if prompted, overwrite the previous download.

I understand that you do an automatic reset to your customers every 6 mo.
I haven't been able to publish because I don't know my new password to publish. I have sent 2 tickets in to no avail. If I don't hear from anyone soon I will need to call. Please Help!
