I have viewed the video for the secure shopping cart. I have done everything the way I was instructed. However, my SSL certificate is not listed, even though when I bought it a few months ago, it was. My customers cannot complete any payment because when the click on the check out button, a "page not found" error message comes up. Please help. I have asked several times with no responses whatsoever. I would really appreciate some advice.
