Real Estate feedback
Hi *****
I had a look at the links you mentioned, in addition I have been in touch with http://www.interactivetools.com/ who offer a Real Estate package called Realty Manager.
I asked a few questions and they got back with these answers:
You'll need to run Realty Manager off of a webserver. You don't need to
have a website already though as Realty Manager will create one for you.
Realty Manager doesn't actually use a regular database. It maintains
all its data in several flat files on your server. This makes it much more
compatible with different servers. So you don't actually need to have a
server that supports databases.
Would I be able to use this with my Blue Voda site or just have to open up a second website with another webserver?
Thanks
Rob

Database Driven Website
This function has nothing to do with BlueVoda or HTML. You want a database driven
website. When someone selects a property, all the information about that property is
stored somewhere (# of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, etc. ). How and where will you
have this information stored so your visitor can retrieve it?
-----------------------------------------------------------
Your best bet is to visit www.hotscripts.com to find if they have a ready made
realestate script that you can buy. If not, you can visit www.scriptlance.com and
get one built for you.

Real estate search
I am currently looking to establish a new service which i will add to the existing site www.gracelloyd.com This will be real estate and I want to place several features on this site:
1. Drop down menus that will indicate which country/region/town/city etc
2. Drop down: Pricing structure i.e. $0 - 100,000 $100,000-250,000 etc etc
and various other similar facilities........................................ .................
but this will entail a search program of some sort i.e. multiple choice selection where the customer will search for a particular type of property in a particular country in a particular town etc and the search will then automatically narrow down the options like on a data base and leave the customer with the remaining answers where the answers will be displayed including photos etc.
How may i do this with Voda or is it a dificult process of html which I am no good at, I am a WYSIWYG guy which is what I love about Voda?
Thanks
