I am sure that you will get this corrected right away!!!!!
Now, you have to open all of your pages and title them.
    View/Page Properties/Title
This should be a descriptive phrase using search terms/keywords that one might use to locate your site. Different for each page. Read this.
Where is your studio...CA...ND...NY...????? Shouldn't you tell folks where you are located ?????

You will only go to the success.html page if you "successfully" send an email and all links are correct. You are almost there. Change the page properties of your success/error pages to html save and publish. You may need to go into your Cpanel and manually delete the success/error.php pages.

Addtional notes: 1- The emails are getting through.

2- After getting the 404 IE = http://www.blueridge-photo.com/contact.php if I click the go on EI it does goes back to the contacts page, but not success.

You do not link to the success/error pages as that is taken care of in the script of your contact form.

I found your contact page just fine. Your "success page has been published as .php
    It must be success.html

Ok, maybe the question should be, how do I link the send button to the success or failure pages? Thanks

I sent a message thru your form and received the 404 error message. This means that you have not made and published your success page.
