Web Hosting Infraction
Please tell me what constitutes an infraction. On May 28th I was notified that I had received an infraction from Web Hosting. The following is what the email said: Reason: POSTING CONTRARY TO INSTRUCTIONS

This infraction is worth 50 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.

I never heard of being given an infraction and I have never had one prior to this occurrence. On several occasions I have requested an explanation to no avail. I have been told several times that it has been referred to a supervisor. As of this date, I have heard from no one. If I did something wrong, I would like to know so I do not repeat it, and if it was a mistake, I would like to know that also so I can move on. I am sorry to be posting this here but I have no where else to turn and it does say post good and bad.
