Soholaunch

I have my site created in blue voda & I am ready to start my account. I like the looks of the site I have created, can i add Soholaunch to it once I have created my account? Or do I have to use the Soholaunch templates? I just need a shopping cart so I can use it as an e commerce site, correct?
