Brandon is absolutely correct. The sign up process is not 100% automated. Its semi automated. We like to give all our new members a telephone “Welcome Call” before we activate their account.

We feel its much nicer that they speak to a actual person also. Remember our sales pitch below…………………

    -------------------------------------

“Anybody with a server can offer you Web Hosting. VodaHost is more than just web hosting. We take the success of your website very seriously. We leave nothing to chance and go the extra mile to ensure that your website is as successful as humanly possible. Your success is our success!”

    -------------------------------------

We do actually mean it. We feel by actually calling our customers and speaking to them FIRST, we get a better idea of their needs and it enables us to serve them better.

Yesterday being Sunday. We did not call any body who signed up in the afternoon or evening out of “Family Courtesy”. But everybody will get their Welcome call this morning and their accounts will be set up ASAP.

    Thank you for your business

    publishing error

I may be trying to run before i can walk but I set up a web domain today and also signed up for web hosting (both with Voda). My web address is Tastephotography. When I try to publish my website using BlueVoda I get the following error - Internet Exception Error 12014.

Any idea what is going wrong.
