Changed web files

I wanted to use Google Apps for my website email so I followed their instructions and now my website says 404 - thats and error! i tried switching everything back but nothing is working! I can't get anyone on the phone at Voda Host and I really need to fix this! Can anyone help me?

You will first have to figure out exactly what you did, and undo it to properly configure Google Apps (Google Mail) for use with your Domain.
