This is possible, but it depends on how you redirected the domain name. Through the redirect function of cpanel it should not effect the emails at all, but if you used an A record redirect this could cause issues. You should open a ticket and let us know the domain name and the email address affected so we can have a look for you!

I currently have one of my domains redirected to another url. I manage the domain via cpanel, including the email accounts. When I redirected my domain, any email I've sent to one of the associated email accounts began failing. I believe is because emails being sent to my domain are being redirected and then dropped. Is there a way to redirect my domain traffic but direct mail traffic to my voda hosted webmail?
