VB pages do not open in firefox

  • VB pages do not open in firefox

    Hi there: pre vieuw web voda pages in firefox fails, when trying to pre viewing at first i got a message (something about the extention was wrong), i have reinstaled firefox and BV but still do not work, now when trying to prew web pages in place of opening the page, a notepad log file is opened, moreover video tutorials, templates, community forum, control panel buttons do not work nothing happen when clicking on it, any ideas how to solve this?

    Check your internet connection and reboot...You have done something.

      Thanks: i have not change anything in the connection settings i have checked en everything seems to be as always, the pages open properly in internet explorer, but what about the buttons in BV they do not work, templates, community forum, control panel...

          Yes no page is opened when clicking on it nor even if i choose firefox or IE as a default browser, previewing pages is just possible in IE.
          It's a very extrange problem, any other idea?

            Its your computer caching or your connection or a combination of the both, Anyway...Do not worry, the buttons at the bottom are just shortcuts. I think
            you have been around long enough by now to know where everything is.
