How do you edit the html of a form using the Before and Inside Tag Options

I have a form at www.ctrivercandles.com/spa-candles.html that I need to edit "option values" for the Mals shopping cart to include additional items. Is there a way to edit the form html within BV. I was able to make the changes on the server using the HTML editor but then lost them when I needed to publish....
