form sends me info but goes to error

I have got the forms to work on this site, in that I receive the info. However, the page automatically goes to an error when I press submit. This happens on all my forms now. What am I missing?

Here is the error I get: Warning: file_get_contents(www.emailhomes.ca) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rwehzszz/public_html/index.php on line 50
