HELP!!! I have set up my google base acct. Followed #34 in the tutorials

went to google to manually install data feed .xml Disapproved Then I received this e-mail--- It's all Greek to Me.
Was I suppose to change something on my site map? or is it in the wrong place? I have been at this problem for 2 days trying to figure it out.
I'm not very experienced at this. If there is a resolution please I need a step by step instruction. For You people this maybe simple for me!! A Challenge. THANKS

It looks like you've sent us a file in a format that Google Base does not
support: Google Sitemap. Our system is currently able to accommodate only
tab-delimited text (.txt) and four types of XML (.xml) files. You can also
submit a .zip or .gz compressed version of the above formats. Please read
the following for detailed information on the file types we will accept:



Please resubmit your data feed after you've saved it in one of our
supported formats. We'll notify you if we need you to make any additional
formatting corrections.
