Most bv pages end with .html after publishing
BUT
forms pages are changed to .php

check your url to the form page......................

Tx David. That was it. It works

But..now I have another little problem
I have a frame inside de index.html
When I submit a comment opens the success.html page. Ok with that
In the success.html page I have a link to return to the index.html page.
The problem now is that the whole page opens inside the frame: an index.html inside the frame of the index.html page.
If I change the address to initial_page.html of course it does not open the index.html page.
How do I find a solution for this?
