My Domain is carsrestorationnc.com I have not yet published, My problem is when trying to build a template, most elements I've added will not show up in preview, I've added images, shapes and menu's that will not appear in preview, please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hi,
The usual cause of this is that your images are saved with spaces between the words. Please make sure your images are saved in the below format:
image_name.jpg
With no spaces, then insert them into your template again, then they should show up!
