    This tutorial will guide you on how to manage the Raw Access Logs in cPanel. For the purpose of this guide, we'll presume that you're currently in cPanel hosting and therefore are viewing the primary display.

    Let us begin to learn how to manage the Raw Access Logs in cPanel hosting. Scroll down the cPanel hosting screen and select Raw Access Logs under the Logs category. Once you have selected Raw Access Logs, a display will open up of your Raw Access Logs page, on this page you can inform the system how to manage the Raw Access Log Files that are generated daily for your account. Such as you can inform the system to archive logs every month and have the previous months logs removed at the end of the month.

    Let's inform the system to archive the logs every month, just select the check-box "Archive Logs in your home directory at the end of each stats run". Then select Save. This will bring you to a new screen verifying the new settings have been saved for the raw access logs will be archived at the end of every month in the home directory.

    Let's go back to the Raw Access Logs page, by selecting Go Back. Scroll down the page to find a list of all available Raw Access Logs that you can download and to use in your favorite statistics program for analysis. This list is located in Domain section under Download Current HTTP Access Logs. Select the domain link you wish to download. A small pop-up window will appear to ‘Save to Disk’, select OK to download these logs. Once you select OK to download, you will have downloaded the Raw Access Logs and you are able to open them in a statistics program for further analysis.
