Linking to WordPress Blog from Blue Voda inside pages

Hi Vodahost,

I placed a text link on my index page pointing to my WordPress.

Can I also place a link to my blogs on some inside pages without being frowned upon?

How about linking to a blogsite not hosted by Voda (and back from that blogsite, hosted by Google, to my Blue Voda?)
