Send after paid

when I buy an e-book from amazon it sends it to my kindle reader. Is there a way for me to have my short story sent directly to my customer after they have paid for it with paypal?

You would need a special script to do that, which can be found doing a Google search amongst the numerous services that offer automatic digital delivery, single-use authorization Key (so the authorization cannot be shared or downloaded multiple times), and other options.
