I have created a webpage for a friend of mine and wanted to add a email contact form. I tried to add the blue voda form maker to contruct a contact us form but nothing was working. So i decided to add a HTML email form. Now i can see the email form when i preview it on the default browser but when i publish the page the only thing that shows is the small link called "foxyform" which is the form brand. I tried to publish the page in php format but still no change.

I hope there is a way i can get the form working.
