ftp host would be your domain.. no www
host directory would be public_html/whatever domain/

hi, iam using the apache server, so that iam able to use php and MySql.
Before creating my website, i have to define my ftp connection in dreamweaver. The prolbem here is that i'am working with localhost and have no clue how to set it up. Please could someone help.
it wants the following information:

1. the FTP host
2.host directory
3. logi name and password ( is tis the password and user name that i created for myphpadmin to create my database?)

Login will be your main cpanel account user name and its associated password.
