I created a website for a friend www.kissingerkennels.com Another local IT person configured his webmail. When we enter cpanel to access his mail, he gets incoming mail, but cannot send. We get the following error when we try to reply or type in the email address and send:
There was an error sending your message: Failed to add recipient: rlferri2@cox.net [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: Verification failed for <gesbqucp@kissingerkennels.com> No Such User Here Sender verify failed)]
Could it be the outgoing email server? He gets incomping mail so it recognizes him. I believe it was configured as mail.kissingkennels.com
His Outlook Express will not work at all with these settings - thanks anyone and everyone.
