Background.... website builder and BV files on dead laptop....4 yrs later have new laptop so trying to redo my website.
I haven't been able to update my website in this time.

1... I made an Under new construction page...says it published but cant see it live. Do I have to delete the current live website first?
2...How do I delete the current website?
3...How do I get my current website to show in my Cpanel?
4...Is there a step in the Publishing that I have missed?
