Right...lets take it one step at a time..

1) what format is the movie in?
2) What is the move file size in MB?

the movie format is either MVI or LEAD-MJPEG
the file size is about 3MB

And how do you want to add them? Do you want your visitors to click on a link and download them?

No I want the media player to be there and they can play it.....like streaming video or something.

I'm looking for this answer. I have videos from a digital camera that I want to play. Some of my movies must be to large or something. What is the answer?

You will need to convert your file to a streamable format. Like flash.
