I work on a number of sites and I've noticed that BV saves the actual location of an image and a copy to the default folder that Options/Folder is set to after editing.

That's the issue - if after you close BV you then move or delete the file that was open when you closed BV then when you restart BV it can't find it and will not start - just gives you the not found...

If you set BV options to open the last file you were working on and then move or delete that file, the next time BV opens it tries to find it, can't and then will not start - Just gives a File Not...
