Index page showing as text

I am trying to add a form to my page and when I add a form, my file extension type under page properties changes to PHP. Once it changes to PHP, any changes I've made to that page, including the form I have added, do not show up on live site.... -
Lost top of page in preview..
I have made a very long one page site. When I preview it only the second half of it shows, i.e., I can scroll from halfway to the end of the page. How can I see the entire page? Please help its driving me crazy!! Thank you. -
