Can someone help me make the add to favorite text link work on my site?

I added it as it says to do and I click on it and the favorite window doesn’t pop up!

I've tried everything to make it work and just can't do it.

Apparently someone hacked into my wordpress account and created scripts that sent out spam causing my account to get suspended. Fortunately, my account was turned back on, but I am told I need to update my wordpress scripts and plugins. I'm not sure what this means. I have already upgraded the plugins...
