I like a submit form or slider (I dont mind either one) to pop up after a visitor click the main site a email and name only capture, small one,and a thank you full size page to follow the submission pop up.

On my site I have a "Contact us" portion and whenever someone fills out the form and clicks "submit" the form will send me an email with all the correct details but there is no text coming through....
