lightbox click on action with fancy box not always there!

I LOVE the 'click on action' options in lightbox and have set up a couple of lightboxes in the galleries for my dad's work. But on most of the pages when I try to update the lightbox, there is no 'click on action' option! It is not there!

I am running the most recent updated BV downloaded only last week.

Here is the site: www.williamclements.ca The only page with the fancy box lightbox is the "Medals" page.

I would like to set up all the gallery pages with this option. How do I get it?

Never mind. In reading the pdf that was sent out, I found my answer. The feature isn't in Lightbox really. It's in the banner rotator.
