Open up a new page in BV and populate it to your liking. Save and publish. Then, open up your web page and create a link to the new page you just made. Keep in mind that you may want a way to get back to your home page as well. You accomplish that in the same way with a hyperlink. Follow the steps in the BV tutorial about hyperlinking and you'll be all set.

The answer to the second part of your question is that you can have as many domains as you want as long as you pay for each domain name.

    Your first page is index.
You can name you next pages anything, but try to stay with
lower case letters. You can use 'Navigation bars' to link to
the other page by setting values in the 'Properties' section
of the button. Just add the button to your index page and
double click it and put your link in the properties under URL.
