For the last one week I am not receiving answers for my tickets, regarding
the the "Package Details" email of the new hosting.
I have contacted my ISP to make sure, that I am receiving all emails, so yours do not go down the drain by spamfilters. I have even deleted the SMTP port filtering, so I should now receive all the emails, (incl. all spam unfortunately.) Still no replies from VH reaching me.
Also my slovak registrar informed me, that there is some problem with redirecting the name servers to VodaHost. I have asked them to send me the email they got from the system.
Could somebody from VH look into this problems for me please?
