    Default log on to control panel or publish pages

    It's been a while since I last published a page. Today I tried to add a new page and I cannot seem to connect to the server. Same thing when i tried to log on to the control panel.

    It is telling me that the 'connection to the server has been reset'.

    Any ideas?

    What is your server number............Servers are sometimes updated.

    It's merely a connection issue on your end: not enough integrity in the Session to initiate transfer protocols and thus the typical 'timeout.' It is the server IP not "opening" due to a weak signal/querry, as they "reset" themselves after every authorized Session .... that is why you see the message.

    Try clearing your IP cache:
    1) Close down open all browsers
    2) On your computer click >>> Start
    3) Next click >>> Programs
    4) Next click >>> Accessories
    5) Next click >>> Command Prompt
    This will open a black dialog box...
    6) Type in: ipconfig/flushdns and hit Enter.....

    REPEAT STEP 6

    My server is 75.126.10.7
    I don't see it on the list. What should I do?

    If your server is not on the "list" in Blue Voda, you will need to download a "fresh" copy of Blue Voda that will have the updated IP list ... but this has nothing to do with the issue mentioned above.

    If you cannot find your IP Login here, then it would be easy to find from your Nameserver designations what your server IP might have been updated to (i.e. NS13.VODAHOST.COM, NS14.VODAHOST.COM is Voda8 = IP 75.126.169.141).

    My original server(75.126.10.7) is on the list in blue voda, but it is not listed in the link you provided for me.

    However after reading your last message, I found out that my old server has been moved to 208.43.222.131. I confirmed it to be true because i am now able to login into the control panel with my old user id and passowrd. NOw I have to get a 'fresh copy' of blue voda to get that updated in the IP list.
